Tantras are techniques – the oldest, most ancient techniques. Tantra is five thousand years old. Nothing can be added; there is no possibility to add anything. It is exhaustive, complete.
Tantra is not religion, this is science. No belief is needed.
There are one hundred twelve techniques in tantra. These one hundred and twelve methods of meditation constitute the whole science of transforming mind.

"Venus Lips"

When we look more closely at the outer labia, we find that they are usually covered by more hair than the inner labia and are less sensitive to touch. They can be very large and meaty, or flat and thin. In some women, the outer labia have a slightly darker color than that of the surrounding skin.

The inner labia are usually not covered by hair and are very sensitive to the touch. They can be very thin and skinlike, but also short, thick, wrinkly, or meaty. In some women, they are much longer than the outer labia, while in others they are tiny and can barely be recognized. The two sides can also have different sizes and/or shapes. Sometimes the inner labia have a pink tone, sometimes they are brown on the outside and red on the inside, or brown-purple, or pink-purple.

The inner sides of the outer and inner labia are smooth and shiny. They are covered densely by oil and sweat glands as well as nerve endings. In the case of sexual excitement, the blood circulation in the outer labia increases, and they turn a glowing red. Women love to receive a long and extensive massage of the outer and inner labia before the stimulation of the clitoris. Touch on the outer labia is always received with pleasure, even if it does not cause great sexual excitement.

Massage of the inner labia leads to much more intense reactions. Many women experience strong sexual stimulation here, partly due the fact that this massage almost inevitably reaches the clitoris pearl. The inner labia are very sensitive to the touch, so a massage should definitely include plenty of lubricant. Some women may complain of light pain, especially when being massaged on the lower part of the inner labia. This can be caused by uneven stimulation from hands and fingertips, which register very strongly and negatively in this area. You should also make sure not to have any rough edges on your fingers that could scratch the sensitive skin.

Make sure that you or you and your partner are in a protected and lovingly furnished room-if you like, complete with sensual scents, pleasant music, and candlelight.

After sufficient preparation, for example a short or long full-body massage, or if you are doing this by yourself, after you have touched your body lovingly, you can begin by applying (unscented) lubricant to your entire yoni.

Now lightly pull out the outer labia and touch and massage them slowly with light circling movements from top to bottom. Begin with one side of the labia, then turn to the other. At this point, you are concerned primarily with establishing contact. Enter into a dialogue with yourself or tell your partner exactly what you are feeling at this moment.

Whenever a particularly intense emotion rises inside you, recognize it. Take a deep breath and simply allow the feeling. Perhaps you are sad because you realize that your labia have never before received this much attention, and that they have missed this attention and touch. Perhaps you are happy about the touch. Whatever feelings come up, take deep breaths and accept these feelings.

Continue with the touch and gentle massage of the inner labia. As you did with the outer labia, pull them out slightly and begin massaging them with light, circling movements from top to bottom, beginning first on one side and then moving to the other. How do the inner labia feel between your thumb and index finger? How are they different from the outer labia? What sensations are you feeling? Simply acknowledge these feelings, without trying to to feel something in particular. Make sure that you have enough time to continue exploring these feelings, and to take a little rest after the massage.

The word ‘tantra’ means technique, the method, the path. So it is not philosophical – note this. It is not concerned with intellectual problems and inquiries. It is not concerned with the ”why” of things, it is concerned with ”how”; not with what is truth, but how the truth can be attained. TANTRA means technique. So this treatise is a scientific one. Science is not concerned with why, science is concerned with how. Tantra is science, tantra is not philosophy. To understand philosophy is easy because only your intellect is required. You will need a change... rather, a mutation.
