Tantras are techniques – the oldest, most ancient techniques. Tantra is five thousand years old. Nothing can be added; there is no possibility to add anything. It is exhaustive, complete.
Tantra is not religion, this is science. No belief is needed.
There are one hundred twelve techniques in tantra. These one hundred and twelve methods of meditation constitute the whole science of transforming mind.

"Pubococcygeus Muscle"

Between the yoni opening and the anus is the perineum. As discussed above, all muscles in the pelvic area play an important role in sexual arousal, since they are all connected to the clitoris. Moreover, the perineum is the starting point of a number of energy pathways, known as meridians in Chinese medicine. It is thus worthwhile to get in touch with the perineal area. A massage of the perineum increases our energy and our pleasure, especially when we also massage the area around the yoni opening.

According to Taoist teachings, the perineum is where stress and feelings of powerlessness are stored, and where they can, in turn, be resolved. Moreover, the perineal area contains a muscle that is very important for our sexual desire and energy: the pubococcygeus muscle, or PC muscle. The PC forms a muscle plate that stretches in a butterfly shape across the pelvic floor. It envelops the urethra, vagina, and anus and connects these to the ischium and legs. This muscle is best felt when we hold in the need to urinate or close our anal sphincter. Women feel it most acutely during the birthing process.

By training the PC muscle, women can significantly increase their sexual enjoyment. The conscious tensing and relaxing of this muscle, combined with conscious inhalation (during tensing) and exhalation (during relaxation), can also be used in yoni massage.

Sit upright and relaxed on a meditation cushion or a comfortable chair. (Do not rest your back against the chair, since you won't be able to sit properly upright in that way.)

Pushing your chin forward, breathe in through your mouth, and exhale through your mouth, saying "Aaahh" with your mouth wide open. In doing th.is, focus your attention on your pelvic floor and try to relax it. This tantric energetic breathing may give you pleasure.

Continue this breathing and contract your anal sphincter muscle while breathing in, relaxing it while you breathe out. Repeat this thirty times: ten times slowly, followed by ten times at a medium pace and then ten times breathing quickly. Give yourself a little time to rest and feel after this step.

Now, when inhaling, contract the muscles around the urethra as if you wanted to hold back your urine. Then exhale as you relax the muscles. Repeat this thirty times: ten times slowly, followed by ten times at a medium pace and then ten times breathing quickly. Again allow yourself a little time to rest.

Now contract your yoni opening while you are breathing in, as if you wanted to enclose a finger in it, and relax it while exhaling. Repeat this thirty times: ten times slowly, followed by ten times at a medium pace and then ten times breathing quickly.

Lie down on the floor, relax, and feel the warmth in your pelvic floor.

Initially, you may find it difficult to activate the different muscles independent of one another, but this is merely a matter of time and practice. Over time, you will be better able to differentiate the muscles and control them independently of one another. You can contract and relax these different muscles at any time without anyone noticing, for example while riding the bus or subway, while cooking, or while working at the computer.

The word ‘tantra’ means technique, the method, the path. So it is not philosophical – note this. It is not concerned with intellectual problems and inquiries. It is not concerned with the ”why” of things, it is concerned with ”how”; not with what is truth, but how the truth can be attained. TANTRA means technique. So this treatise is a scientific one. Science is not concerned with why, science is concerned with how. Tantra is science, tantra is not philosophy. To understand philosophy is easy because only your intellect is required. You will need a change... rather, a mutation.
