After you have had a more intensive contact with the entire outer and visible area of the yoni, you can begin to explore the nonvisible area. As we have already noted, there is a big difference between the upper and lower vaginal walls in terms of how sensitive they are to the touch. This is linked to the fact that the upper vaginal wall is connected to the very sensitive urethral sponge. For this reason, the G-spot, which I prefer to call the Goddess spot, is not actually a specific spot, but rather an erogenous zone in the upper yoni area.
There are a number of different theories about the sensitivity of the Goddess spot. The most interesting theory claims that the nerves on the pearl run through this exact spot on their way back to the spinal cord. Regardless of theory, the Goddess spot is inside the yoni behind the pubic bone, in the area of the upper frontal wall of the yoni canal. The characteristic of the Goddess spot is that the tissue on this spot feels ribbed or hard, while the rest of the yoni wall is smooth. From the giving person's point of view, it is located toward the left side in a small indentation. In addition, there is a connection between the nerves of the Goddess spot and the bladder, which means that when this point is stimulated, a woman will often feel a (false) need to urinate.
The Goddess spot is surrounded by spongy tissue, the urethral sponge (corpus spongiosum urethrae). This tissue surrounds the urethra and serves as a protective buffer when the lingam or fingers enter the yoni. The embryonic tissue that leads to the development of the urethral sponge and associated Skene's glands in female fetuses is the same tissue that forms the prostate in males. In men, this tissue later produces prostate fluid and semen to form ejaculate.
In the case of women's sexual arousal, this tissue fills with blood, and in cases of very high arousal, a fluid can come out of the glands alongside the urethra (Skene's glands) that resembles male prostate fluid and that is referred to as female ejaculation. Female ejaculation can vary from a few drops to veritable fountains. Women who ejaculate for the first time are often afraid, as they think they are urinating. Many studies have shown, however, that this fluid is very different from urine. Female ejaculation is often described as a very joyful event, since it occurs in a moment of complete surrender when all control is relinquished.
Oftentimes, the feelings of women during the stimulation of the Goddess spot go very deep, and the resulting desire is experienced as very wide and elevating. Sexuality becomes softer and women feel themselves to be more sexually present.
The area of the Goddess spot, however, usually has to be found in each woman. As long as a woman is not truly in touch with this point, she will feel little or no joy from its stimulation. However, the sensations become stronger the more she learns to interact with this point. It is important to keep in mind that every woman needs time to open herself. Many women are used to a penetration of their yoni that is too fast, and unaccompanied by sufficient preparation. Some women learn to deal with this, but others may not have learned how to make sure they reach this point in time, and instead they close up further and react with pain.
The sensations on the inside of the yoni during sexual activity often depend on how receptive the woman is at that moment. Some women who complain of pain during penetration are afraid that this will have lasting negative effects on their sexuality, but when you ask them whether they experience this pain all the time, almost all of them can remember incidents of complete openness when this pain did not occur.
Massage the Goddess Spot
Find a quiet, pleasantly warm room, and make it appealing to you and your partner with candles, relaxing music, and sensual scents.
Prepare your body or your partner's body for the massage. This is best done with a full-body massage or a sensual touching of the body followed by a massage of the outer yoni area, especially the labia.
To have better access to the yoni, it is best to place one or two pillows under the pelvis.
Use enough lubricant and place a finger on the yoni opening. Wait until the yoni opens almost by itself and it is possible to glide inside it without applying pressure.
When you have a finger in the yoni, use it to massage and touch the entire inner area with small circling movements, until you have lovingly touched each spot.
You will note that some spots are very hot. This is where unprocessed information is stored, and you can gently release these hot spots by resting your finger on them and applying light pressure until the heat dissipates.
Enter into an internal dialogue and tell it to yourself or your partner. How does the stimulation of your internal yoni area feel? What emotions does it produce? Do you feel soft and vulnerable, sad, or even angry? What colors and scents do you register? Which spots do you feel particularly clearly, and which spots do you perhaps not feel at all?
Now search for the Goddess spot and begin gently massaging this area. Make zigzag movements and glide in and out with your finger. Feel the touch and let your breathing become deeper; allow your breath to draw the resulting energy throughout your body.
In the area of the Goddess spot, there can be psychological blockages. According to Taoist teachings, these are memories of faked orgasms, performance anxiety, and feelings of worthlessness. Deeper inside the vagina are anger, neediness, and memories of abortions or traumatic births. These built-up and repressed feelings can also be seen as blocked life energy, which can prevent happiness and also lead to blockages of sexual energy. Patience and loving attention in yoni massage will help to resolve these blockages.
