Tantras are techniques – the oldest, most ancient techniques. Tantra is five thousand years old. Nothing can be added; there is no possibility to add anything. It is exhaustive, complete.
Tantra is not religion, this is science. No belief is needed.
There are one hundred twelve techniques in tantra. These one hundred and twelve methods of meditation constitute the whole science of transforming mind.

"Meditation"

"Meditation"

The whole humanity needs it,but majority of the people don't know what is meditation is?

and how to perform it?

What is meditation?

Meditation is the art of doing nothing.

                     or

To know something in you, which is beyond you and beyond death is meditation.

How to do nothing?

We all are accustomed, or well versed to do something that involved more of physical work or mental work. But doing nothing is unknown or not familiar to us. Doing nothing is so simple and we needs to adapt some basics or conditions.

Firstly,
You must feel okay and everything is okay in you and around you. When everything is okay with you, you are done, now follow the below steps.

Choose a comfortable place to meditate, like calm, good air flow, less light. In sitting 10 to 15 minutes without any external engagements like watching TV, or chatting in mobile.Put all your external engagements in a mute mode and next 15 minutes, you are not going to be available to anyone or anything, but only for you.

Sit down in a comfortable body posture.Rest the whole body in a comfortable posture, preferably the backbone Straight. If you know Padma Asana,You can sit in that or no problem, you can sit in the chair or on the floor with some mat or clothes.Let your body should not be disturbed and feel at ease.

Secondly,
After you sit down in a comfortable posture without any external disturbance, Close your eyes and just be in that state for the next 10-15 minutes.

Now your body is doing nothing, but your mind is not,as there used be lots of thoughts runs and thought fluctuations happens. To Discipline it we need to follow three rules.

"Three Golden Rules Of  Meditation"

1. " I Want Nothing."

Freeze all your wants for next 15 minutes mentally.Be in a state, that, You want nothing. Do not indulge into any thoughts of wants.Because, Meditation is not a prayer/Visualisation. It is simply doing nothing and being in awareness.(Not dreaming, not sleeping)

2. " I Am Nothing "

Now create an internal situation that 'You are nothing'. Do not carry any of your identity of your Somebodyness. You are now nothing and you are no body.Give up all your identities and your status this and that. You are now nothing and 'You just be'.

3." I Do Nothing "

What you have to do for nothing?. Obviously you have to do nothing.Just 10-15 minutes don't put any efforts to do something physically or mentally.Just freeze everything. Do nothing by simply being ideal and witnessing. You are just a witness now.

While you are sitting and doing nothing by adapting the above 3 golden rules of meditation.Still, there may be lots of thoughts comes and go.Sometimes, some thoughts may disturbs you and it leads to many subsequent thoughts and thought process and divert you from meditation.
How to handle this situation?.

" Be A Witness To Your Thoughts ".

" Don't Resist Or Don't Stop Any Thoughts ".

" Don't Create Any New Thoughts ".

" Don't Follow or Chase One Particular Thoughts ".

After some time, all thoughts & thought process subsidies on its own accord and you will be in a state of nowhere or Transcendence.Or may touch the state of Super-Consciousness.

Once you follow all these steps and meditate for 10-15 minutes, how to come out of meditation?

Don't set any louder alarm. As it can irritate you. Set an internal alarm. Our biological clock is the best. By and by practice you will be awake exactly in 15 minutes without any external alarm.

Once you come back to your consciousness, slowly move your body, rub your palms with each other and gently rub around your eyes, sit for a while and slowly open your eyes and see around and once you are okay and slowly come out of your sitting posture and get up slowly. Be restful for another few minutes and then carry on your activities.

Do meditation at least twice a day.Don't attempt meditation,When you are too much hungry or too much tired or stomach full. Do only when you are somewhat hungry, somewhat tired and feel okay.

Meditation is just happening. You can not force it to happen. You just need to create an environment inside and out.In those 15 minutes ideal conditions it will happen. It may happen even for few seconds,it is good, as it equal to 3 hours deep sleep and add multiple benefits to you whole body, mind.

Meditation is truly a great medication.Meditation can dispels all your diseases and illness. But it won't happen overnight!!. You need to do regularly.Meditation is not a theory, it is a practice, it is a inward journey that potent to show your real potential or self worth.

The word ‘tantra’ means technique, the method, the path. So it is not philosophical – note this. It is not concerned with intellectual problems and inquiries. It is not concerned with the ”why” of things, it is concerned with ”how”; not with what is truth, but how the truth can be attained. TANTRA means technique. So this treatise is a scientific one. Science is not concerned with why, science is concerned with how. Tantra is science, tantra is not philosophy. To understand philosophy is easy because only your intellect is required. You will need a change... rather, a mutation.
